This policy explains what MyBallRep ("the app", "we", "us") collects, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: your bowling data lives on your phone, coaching runs on your phone, and we only send data to our servers if you sign in to back it up.

Crash reports include the device model, operating system, app version and technical details of the error. They are set up not to include your name, email address or IP address.

We do not use advertising, ad identifiers or third-party analytics, and we do not sell or rent your data.

Downloads that do not identify you

The app downloads Frank's model file, its update manifest and the ball catalog from our storage. These requests contain no account or bowling information.

Service providers

Security

Data sent between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit. Backed-up data is stored in Supabase and protected so that each account can only read its own records.

Keeping and deleting your data

Children

MyBallRep is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
